Major maintenance needed!!! The carpet had stains, the bathroom felt like it hadn’t been cleaned properly, and the promised WiFi was unreliable. A great hotel could transform all these details for a better stay experience!!!

It was just a good pick for resting in Grand Blanc with attractive and competitive value for money. The air conditioning worked really well, keeping us comfortable throughout the night. Try to negotiate for a better rate if you can.

We had a fun time hanging out by the pool, especially since the kids enjoyed the water slides. The staff was attentive and always around to ensure we had everything we needed, making our stay really comfortable.

My kids wished for a larger playground area to play outside.

I found some hair and what looked like bodily fluids on the bedding, which was pretty gross. The bathroom situation was also concerning, with moldy tiles and a dirty toilet. The TV didn't work well, and I struggled with the WiFi too. Not exactly a relaxing stay.
